Refunds Policy


Due to the fast-paced nature of our business, we operate on a NO REFUNDS policy. 

Once you have purchased the service and you have completed the forms required for us to start the service, we can no longer offer refunds. This is because we work in multiple departments and once we start work, we cannot take it back.

Please note the following:

1. Ensure that your details are accurate before submitting. We will not be held responsible for wrong information submitted. Should you need to update the information after submission, it will incur a fee to re-do the documents.

2. Any fees and penalties due to overdue renewals, payments and subscriptions for your company are completely up to you. As the company owner, you need to be on top of your payments. We will do our best to send reminders but please do not rely on these reminders.

3. We will not offer a refund if you change your mind about starting a company. If the company has already been registered, please note that you will need to file a dissolution to properly close the company.

4. If you file a chargeback after we complete a service, we reserve the right to confiscate your company documents and stop all work until the outstanding payments are complete. 



If you request a refund, please allow a minimum of 48 hours to get a response from the team. A chargeback causes loss and a flag on our account.

Please note that in cases of refunds, we will refund the total amount less the charges processed by our payment processors (Stripe, PayPal, Bank transfer, etc.). This is because the payment processors do not refund the payments as well. We cannot refund money that we are not in possession of. 

If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5-10 business days.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who has processed refunds with us.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us via our support channel.



We do not exchange one service for another once the service has begun. If there is a difference in price, we will not be able to refund the balance, rather we will store it as credit for your future purchases.
