When you purchase a service, we expect you to submit all required information promptly to facilitate the completion of your requested service.

Once payment has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email. The filing process will begin within 48 to 72 business hours, provided that you submit complete and accurate details. Failure to provide necessary information may cause delays.

After a successful transaction, you can download proof of payment or an invoice from our platform. If any information is missing, we will notify you via email or your user dashboard, and you must respond promptly to prevent disruptions in processing.

If you do not provide the requested information within 30 days of the initial purchase, we may reserve the right to close your order. If an order is closed due to inaction, no refunds will be issued.

You are responsible for ensuring that all submitted information is accurate. Alpha Filings, its affiliates, and third-party providers will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from incorrect details provided by you.

You are also responsible for staying up to date with the due dates for your company legal obligations. If you incur fines due to failed payments and/or missed deadlines, you are 100% responsible for covering the entirety of the said fines.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel a service if:

- We cannot complete the service. In such cases, a refund will be issued per our refund policy.

- The service violates applicable laws, these terms, or any agreement you have with Alpha Filings.

- You are found to be in violation of applicable laws or these terms.

- A third-party provider experiences technical issues, operational failures, or other uncontrollable circumstances.

- The transaction involves fraud, counterfeit documents, or any criminal activity.

- We deem it necessary to protect our legal, reputational, or business interests.

If a service fails or a dispute arises, you must follow our online dispute resolution process through our Customer Support Center. The cost of any service will be communicated before proceeding, and continuing with the service signifies your agreement to the stated fees.

7. Services Disclaimer

We are not intermediaries between you and the banking service providers. You are solely responsible for maintaining all of your chosen bank accounts.

The banking options we provide do not constitute endorsements or recommendations. They are for instructional purposes only.

In cases where we apply for bank accounts on your behalf, please note that we do not guarantee that you will be accepted. Should any issues arise with your chosen banking service, please endeavor to reach out to their preferred customer support option.

We offer support in the registration of accounts and applications for certain services. Please note that we have no control over the outcome of these applications including but not limited to EIN, ITIN, Bank accounts, Stripe account etc. The final outcome is at the sole discretion of the third party providers.

In cases where options are unavailable due to residency restrictions, please understand that we are unable to assist in any manner. A new residency will need to be attained for that service to be offered.

If you do not qualify for any of the services provided in a service package, please note that there are no refunds for the service items unavailable to you.
