What do I need to get started?

We need your personal details, a US phone number, your company details and one form of identification to make sure your details are correct

Will this work if I run a local or physical business?

If you cannot prove that you will have US customers or employees, we will be able to register your company and provide an EIN. However, we will not be able to provide a US bank account or a Stripe account for your business as those are almost always rejected.

Is this a one time payment?

The initial payment is a one time fee to cover your registration costs and other administrative fees for the first year. Your state annual compliance fee is billed annually.

How long will it take?

Our company registration takes around 2-3 weeks to complete. This includes getting the LLC, EIN, Stripe and bank accounts.

Do I need a website?

Yes, you must have a live, functioning website that follows Stripe's guidelines to avail all the benefits of your formation package. Getting your bank account and your Stripe account approved depends on having a live website.

What happens after I order?

You'll be redirected to our client portal and you'll receive your login details via email. You'll also see be able to view your pending orders where you'll be able to fill out the necessary information in the forms provided.

What is the Annual Compliance package?

This package covers your annual obligations at the state level as well as your registered agent fee in one bundled payment.

Do I have to purchase the Annual Compliance Package?

Yes, you do. This is to keep you compliant on the state level each year and includes your registered agent fee as well. If you cancel or remove this subscriptions, we will officially no longer be responsible for your company management on the state level and we will remove our records with the state.

You will then have to become your own registered agent, pay for a physical address on file (non P.O boxes are allowed), and lose the privacy that comes with using us as your registered agents.
