We currently have four state options to choose from; Delaware, New Mexico, Wyoming and Florida. Our clients choose based on price or features specific to states. You can choose knowing they all cater to local and international founders

There are two types of "taxes". Federal tax paid to the IRS and state annual reports/fees. Federal taxes are due April each year and eligibility depends on whether you live in the US or you have employees there(physical presence), your business model (physical/digital goods), and whether your company is considered effectively connected to the US. If you fulfill all these criteria, you will be required to pay taxes.

Please note that physical goods are taxed but not digital goods

We only offer annual state reports at the moment. We recommend getting a CPA to manage your tax filings on your behalf

Our done for you company formation package takes around 4-6 weeks because we offer a comprehensive package inclusive of everything

We currently accept all major debit/credit cards. We also accept PayPal payments and in special circumstances, we accept direct bank transfer.

Due to the nature of the service and the speed at which we implement, we currently do not offer payments plans

No, it isn't. All our services are one-time payments for that service alone. If you would like to maintain our services for other things like annual filings, we are happy to set up a subscription for you.

We have a strict no refund policy unless we do not deliver on a service. If such situations arise, we will refund the total amount minus the fees our payment processors charge, as we do not get refunded the fees
